Some of the foods myself and my lovely wife Chris eat to lose weight and feel amazing.
As you can see we eat filling colourful meals. Your food should center around the foods you like filling a third of your plate with:
speed foods ie. veg,salad,fruit
Protein ie. lean meats once all the fat is removed like chicken,steak,fish,5% mince
Carbs: rice,potatoes, pasta and NO there not bad for you once there's a third on your plate its portion controlled. We need carbs for energy.
In slimming world we prioritize low-energy-dense "Free Foods," without counting calories or weighing, making it easier to stick to long-term.
No food is completely off limits,so there's no starvation or deprivation and we can still have our treats which we give a swip (slimming world individual picks )value so we can control our treats and not over consume.
