Let’s talk about “The Core V The Neck”

Did you know your core isn’t your neck 😳🤣??
Your core is designed to stabilise your spine and support movement, your neck has other functions!!
So, you need to know how to focus on the core to prevent your neck from straining - Why does my neck hurt??

➡️ Keep abdominals engaged
➡️ Knit ribcage together
➡️ Breath into the upper back and side of your ribs.

Think activation before you move. Move efficiently, so the right muscles do the work.

This class is for mums who want to move again — safely, gently, and with expert support — without needing childcare or pressure to “bounce back”.

Our Mum & Baby Reformer class focuses on:
• Core & pelvic floor support
• Posture and back relief
• Strength for everyday mum life
• Calm, progressive movement

Your baby is welcome to:

Breaks are encouraged. Modifications are always available.
There is no expectation to perform — just space to reconnect with your body.
