Explore the chakras

Join us for our chakra yoga series this November and December.

Each week we’ll focus on one of the seven chakras - the defined energy centers that run the length of the spine. We’ll tap into each chakra’s physical, emotional, and psychological components by using specific breathwork, postures, mantras, and guided meditations to promote the open flow of energy.

The chakra yoga series begins Monday, 10th of November and continues in all Beginners Plus Yoga classes on Mondays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.

All classes led by an RYT200 yoga instructor and Certified Athletic Therapist.

Cues and modifications given for all levels. All props provided.

Yoga 👉🏼 a class for dads to connect with their bodies and their babies! 60 minutes of stretches, relaxation, and cuddles. Bring your baby (6 weeks to crawling) along for plenty of opportunities for connection and fun. All yoga props provided.

Massage 👉🏼 a class for dads to connect with their babies while learning several therapeutic massage techniques. Expert certified infant massage instructor, Debbie Moriarty of , delivers 60 minutes of techniques to relieve GI concerns, fussiness, and more. Notes & oils provided.

And of course 👉🏼 time for chats and Debbie’s famous berry buns afterwards! Coffees/teas available in the bar.

Bring Your Own Baby (6 weeks to crawling) to this rehab yoga class designed to strengthen, re-educate, and relieve sore muscles in early postpartum. We will focus on core & pelvic floor reeducation, upper body stretching & strengthening, and mindfulness & relaxation. Bring your baby along for plenty of opportunities for connection and cuddles.

Bring your ghouls & goblins dressed up in their Halloween costume to BYOBaby Yoga on Tuesday 28th October at 9:30am. Enjoy an hour of mom & baby yoga and afterwards take plenty of photos of them with our Halloween backdrop 🕸️🕷️ to save memories of their first spooky season.

Mom & baby yoga is a great way to bond with your little one. In our rehab yoga classes you’ll get to kiss, cuddle, and connect with baby all while stretching sore muscles, strengthening your core & pelvic floor, and enjoying mindful, relaxing moments.

Join us for an hour of mindful movement, relaxation, breathwork, and meditation. Take the opportunity to draw your awareness inwards and reenergize for the weekend.
