Exploring Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose)?🌿
This pose is as much about expansion as it is about control. Here are a few alignment tips to note down!
Encourage yourself to:
✨Root the sitting bones and lengthen through the torso.
✨Draw the knee and shin down to stabilise.
✨Keep the arm in front of the lifted leg for steady balance.
✨Gently press the foot back inwards as the leg extends.
✨Soften the shoulders back and lift the ribcage away from the hips to create space.
