The buck full moon ceremony. What a night!!

FUN DAY OUT 19TH JULY,25

Our fun day out will be happening on Saturday 19th July, bookings are now being taken.

The day will involve a trip to Smugglers Cove Adventure park, yoga on the beach, and dinner out. If this is something that resonates with you please book your place. Closing date for bookings will be Monday 16th June. DM or text me to reserve your place.

Depending on numbers we may organise a bus. Package offer for obstacle course and tubing is €32.50 per person, or you have options to do crazy golf, wooden or corn maze. Yoga aspect is free, my way of saying a massive thank you 🙏.

Food will be at your own expense, there is a restaurant at the centre and we will do dinner in the evening before bringing things to a close. Cost of bus will be devided between the group. Its going to be a chilled out, bit of a craic guaranteed laugh kind of day. Sre you up for it? Let the inner child out 😉💜🥰💜🤪🛝

Many of you may remember that during the uncertainty of covid lockdown I used to send group energy healing, as the energy warranted it at the time.

At the moment because the energy is once again very unsettled for many people I am being called to use the healing bowl once more.

The bowl is now in the studio. I am leaving notelets beside it. As you enter or leave class, write the name only, of the person you are looking to send healing to and place it into the bowl. You, yourself, carry in your own heart the intention as to why the name is being placed there.

Energy healing will be sent at the end of every class in the power of satsang energy.
