We are very excited to launch our Spring competition to win for a fabulous getaway for two at the stunning Cashel Palace Hotel in Tipperary!

We are so proud and honoured to have been chosen as charity partner by the Rotary Club of Cork for their Tree of Remembrance 2025.

From 13 Dec to Christmas Eve, thousands of Cork people and visitors to Cork called to see the Tree, make their donation and take the time to write their loved one's name on a yellow ribbon. Each ribbon represents someone loved, but not forgotten, and was such a beautiful way to keep those we love part of our Christmas family traditions while raising vital funds for Cork charities.

On Saturday last (10 Dec), all of the ribbons were displayed and blessed by Fr Sylvester at a beautiful ceremony in Holy Trinity Church.

Congratulations to Cork & on this year's Tree of Remembrance - such a fantastic achievement and strong Cork tradition.

Sincerest thanks to Cork for nominating and selecting us as charity partner - we are deeply grateful for your support.

Our deepest thanks to our fantastic team of volunteers & staff from St Luke's Charity & Home who so willingly and cheerfully gave their time to support the Tree of Remembrance. And thank you to every single person who donated, dedicated a ribbon, shared their stories with us and opened up their hearts to support us at Christmas time 💙

With this wonderful support, we can continue to care for our fantastic residents, including those with Dementia in all its many various forms, and champion the advancement of Dementia care, education and training across Cork and Munster.

Our sincerest thanks to Robyn Mayes for raising an amazing €700 by running the .ie Women's Mini Marathon in September in support of St Luke's Charity & Home.

Robyn is pictured here with her very proud grandfather, Michael (resident) and father, Patrick.

Thank you so much, Robyn; the money you raised will be used directly to support our Dementia care, units and services at St Luke's Home.

A big thank you to our friends at Brown & Brown Insurances for visiting St Luke's Home with a huge hamper of goodies and prizes for our residents' activities over Christmas and into the New Year!

Our residents are delighted with such a fabulous selection of prizes to choose from during Bingo and Boccia, two of their favourite activities but also two of the most competitive hours each week!

Extra special thanks to Margaret, Margaret & Luke for coordinating the collection, dropping off the gifts and chatting with some of our residents and relatives. Lovely to see you all again!
