YOUTH — Started in BJJ under Jason McCabe at Team Ryano, Derry. Multiple gold medals at Elite BJJ World & European events. Multiple Irish IBJJF Champion. Youth MMA debut in 2019.

AMATEUR — Multiple National MMA League titles. Cage Conflict Champion. Akuma Promotion Champion. FCC Champion. No.1 UK & Ireland. First ever 4 Nations Champion. 6x Amateur Champion. 3x Irish Champion. 80% finish rate.

IMMAA Selection Day for World Championships! 🇮🇪🥊🌍

Attention all aspiring Team Ireland athletes! Please read this important information regarding the upcoming IMMAA Selection Day on Sunday, April 26th, at SBG HQ.

This is a pivotal day for those with their sights set on the World Championships

💥Please Note:
This is NOT an open squad session. This event is exclusively for athletes looking to compete for a spot on the Ireland Squad and represent our nation at the World Championships. Your dedication and performance here are key to your journey!

💥Important:
Weight Class Guidelines
In relation to weight categories, please be aware of the following example: If your child is aiming for the 48kg category in the World Championships, they must be a lower weight than the next weight class. Therefore, on April 26th, your child cannot be any heavier than 52kg. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for World Championship selection.

💥Detailed Schedule for April 26th:

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Youth A (2008/2009) & Youth B (2010/2011)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Youth C (2012/2013) & Youth D (2014/2015)

💥What to Bring:

Athletes must come prepared with their full training gear and all equipment they use for sparring, including gum shield, groin guard, etc. Be ready to showcase your skills!

💥Registration & Logistics:

A hugely successful IMMAA Irish MMA Association 🇮🇪 International Open

140 athletes from 8 different nations delivering over 135 bouts on the day

We are so happy to watch the growth of Junior and Youth MMA seeing 6 different age groups all gaining great experience on the day

Thanks to the countries that flew in with their athletes and coaches to come an compete

Thank you to all the Officials and medical for making sure the competitors were looked after with the highest of levels and ensured everyone had a good experience
