THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT! 🇮🇪✨

A huge shout out to all the young athletes who brought the heat to today’s Youth squad session! Seeing the growth, discipline, and raw talent on the mats today was truly inspiring.

These sessions are about more than just training; they are about building the next generation of Irish MMA champions. The technical improvements and the "never-give-up" attitude we saw today prove that the future of our sport is in very capable hands. 🥊

To our Youths: keep learning, keep pushing, and stay hungry. Every rep and every round is a step closer to the international stage. We are so proud of the progress you’re making!

A massive well done to everyone who showed up and put in the work at today’s Seniors squad session! The energy on the mats was incredible, and the level of talent on display shows exactly why Irish MMA is a force to be reckoned with.

These sessions are where the foundation for international success is built. Seeing the dedication, the grind, and the support between teammates is what the IMMAA family is all about.

A decade of dedication! 🇮🇪 Aidan Fegan is set to represent Team Ireland at the IMMAF European Championships in Serbia (February 5-15)

With over 10 years of training under his belt, Aidan has spent the last 6-7 years at SBG HQ, including 5 years training alongside the MMA pro team.

His journey is one of true persistence:
🥊 11 Amateur Fights
🥇 2025 IMMAA National Champion (November)
🌍 3rd time competing at IMMAFs

After securing his first National title, Aidan is more focused than ever. His goal for Serbia is clear: to bring home a medal for Ireland!

Last week we held a focused IMMAA Youth Squad session for the athletes heading to the IMMAF European Championships in Belgrade, Serbia – 5th–15th February.
The level, attitude and work rate were brilliant from start to finish 👊

Rounds of striking, grappling and cage work, with everyone pushing hard and sharpening the small details that matter on the international stage.

Well done to all the athletes and coaches involved – the commitment you’re showing now is what will make the difference in Serbia 💚
