This is a 45 min class that has been designed to support you in this special stage of your life. In each session, we will explore the benefits of Pilates during pregnancy. Pilates exercises are incredibly beneficial for strengthening the pelvic floor, which plays a crucial role in supporting the body during pregnancy. A strong pelvic floor can help reduce the risk of back pain, improve posture, and prevent urinary incontinence. Additionally, it can aid in a smoother, more efficient labour and delivery by providing better control during contractions and improving recovery postpartum.

This is a very personalised class, 5 students max. No previous experience is needed.

Welcome to our new teacher 💖

“Hi, I’m Lucy! I started my Pilates journey when I was recommended Pilates due to an injury I suffered at birth, resulting in Erb’s Palsy in my right shoulder, physiotherapists always recommended Pilates to help with movement and my obsession grew from there. Because of this and my first hand experience, I specialise in adapting exercises to suit every body type and/or disability.

I started my Pilates training online with my first qualification in contemporary Mat Pilates, I then went on to complete BSW Mat Pilates Teacher Training, Reformer Pilates Teacher Training, Anatomy for Pilates Instructors, CPD Prenatal & Postnatal Teacher Training, CPD Pilates with Props, CPD Barre Teacher Training.

My classes are always fun and energetic, I like to have a good time with everyone and keep everything light and happy! You’ll definitely feel the burn but you’ll laugh your way through it!”

This 45-minute session is designed to hit everything from your shoulders down to your toes. It’s intentional, strong, and moves at a faster pace than a classic Pilates class to keep the heart rate up.

To all the mums-to-be and new mamas: you really are the heart of our community 💖✨!!! Seeing you navigate all the changes of pregnancy and parenthood is what keeps our small space going.

If you’re looking for a place to move and feel like yourself, come join us. We have a few different ways to support you, whether you’re into Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Mat Pilates, or Prenatal Reformer.

The journey doesn’t stop once your little one arrives, either. You can bring them along to our Mum & Baby Yoga or Pilates sessions, the perfect ones to share tips after class. And, we also have Baby Massage if you’re looking for something a bit more gentle.

Feeling tired, overwhelmed or stressed? We rush through our weeks not even knowing where we are going, completely unaware as to how much stress we are gathering internally.

Let this be your monthly check in with yourself.

This workshop is an escape from your external world and a journey into the awareness of what deep rest feels like. We will combine techniques of meditation, somatic release, breathwork, yin yoga, myofascial release, restorative yoga and yoga nidra to create a whole body experience of what switching off and minding yourself can feel like.

We are so over stimulated by being forced into this high alert state with screen time, notifications, society, driving and high powered jobs that we forgot that our existence is to be grounded and connected.

This workshop we will release deep connective tissue tension, we will journey into the deeper layers of relaxation assisted by a warm and cosy space, voice, sound and the luxury of silence.

Hi, I’m Becca
With a background in competitive gymnastics, Pilates became my way of maintaining strength and flexibility long after I left the sport.
I’m drawn to the simplicity of mat work - how small, intentional movements can be layered together to build real strength and control.
My classes are calm and focused. You’ll feel the burn while staying connected to your breath from start to finish.
I qualified as an EQF Level 4 Mat Pilates Instructor through Image Fitness in 2025 and have been teaching since. Outside of the studio, I’m completing an Integrated Master’s in Process and Chemical Engineering.
