This is a 45 min HIGH VIBE Yoga & Pilates mixed class to strengthen the physical body through the foundations of Dynamic Yoga and Pilates.
Begin your Monday off right. Shake off the cobwebs from the weekend. Invite in some fun and lightness through movement, music and connection. With a focus on core activation and building strength throughout the whole body.

Gentle Infrared heat has beneficial therapeutic effects on the body; it helps to eliminate toxins and stimulates cellular renewal. It goes deep into the tissues and helps to release any built-up tension or knots. It increases circulation which is great for your complexion and for nourishing all of the cells in your body. Along with helping you gain more space within your yoga postures by preheating the muscles and fascia it can help you to go deeper into poses that feel good.
Infrared is known to induce relaxation and stress relief which can contribute to overall wellbeing and minding your physical and mental health.
While it is less intense than a regular HOT Classes, less over whelming, it is more accessible to those that wouldn't usually practice in the heat.
