This 4-week course offers a clear introduction to the Reformer. We focus on practical recovery, mobility, and core strength -making sure your body can handle what you ask of it.

Ideal if you’re returning to movement, feeling stiff, or even if you can’t touch your toes! It’s also perfect for supporting your training with better range and stability.

Most of us are so busy rushing from one thing to the next that we don’t even realize how much stress we’re carrying. Between work, our phones, and just daily life, it feels like we’re always “on.”
This 90-minute workshop is really just a chance to stop and catch your breath. We’ll star with a gentle yoga and breathing exercises, and continue with a guided meditation in a warm, quiet room.

There’s no pressure and nothing you need to achieve. it’s just a time to switch off your phone, let your body relax, and finally feel grounded again.

Most of us are great at pushing, but we’re terrible at being still. Here are 5 reasons why yogis should include Yin Yoga into their practice.
1. Doing less is harder than doing more.
Staying still with your thoughts is a different kind of challenge. It’s a workout for your mind, not just your body.
2. Long holds get into the deep tissue: The fascia and joints, that a fast workout just can’t reach. It’s about mobility, not force.
3. Attending to slow classes can help us to relearn how to be present. Yin teaches you how to slow down and move with actual awareness, which carries over into real life.
4.Yin can feel like a mental challenge. Yin can help building a kind of patience you didn’t know you had.
5.Everything needs balance.
If your life is all rush and go-go-go, you need a place to land. Yin isn’t about how it looks or what you achieve, it’s just about giving back to yourself.
Everyone needs this, whether you’re a yogi or just some who who is looking to stop slow down their mind.
