This is a 45 min HIGH VIBE Yoga & Pilates mixed class to strengthen the physical body through the foundations of Dynamic Yoga and Pilates.
Begin your Monday off right. Shake off the cobwebs from the weekend. Invite in some fun and lightness through movement, music and connection. With a focus on core activation and building strength throughout the whole body.

Gentle Infrared heat has beneficial therapeutic effects on the body; it helps to eliminate toxins and stimulates cellular renewal. It goes deep into the tissues and helps to release any built-up tension or knots. It increases circulation which is great for your complexion and for nourishing all of the cells in your body. Along with helping you gain more space within your yoga postures by preheating the muscles and fascia it can help you to go deeper into poses that feel good.

Infrared is known to induce relaxation and stress relief which can contribute to overall wellbeing and minding your physical and mental health.

While it is less intense than a regular HOT Classes, less over whelming, it is more accessible to those that wouldn't usually practice in the heat.

This is a 45 min class a week. Please never feel pressured to do anything in class. Sometimes showing up is all you need. If baby needs to come in their pjs that's totally ok, in fact if you want to come in your pjs you are more than welcome. No pressure on being a perfect mum here its all about giving back to you.

Designated 30 minutes after class for tea/coffee (included) and chats.
Investment 100 euro for 5 weeks. non refundable 20 euro deposit to secure space.
*No class on 27th dec & 3rd Jan.
Fridays 10am including time for tea/ coffee and chats
-Limited class numbers as we have double.
-No Pilates experience needed.

Infrared heat has beneficial therapeutic effects on the body; it helps to eliminate toxins and stimulates cellular renewal. At the studio we have the option of going really HOT HOT but we will slowly ease in. As of right now the classes are gently heated with a little extra heat for Pilates on Sat.

STRENGTH & STRETCH WORKSHOP✨

Strength and Stretch is a workshop designed to activate your muscles (even the little ones you didn’t know existed), get your stretch on, and have some fun! In the workshop we will work on mainly using our own body weight to work on strengthening our bodies, including a variety of conditioning exercises to get ourselves nice and warm for the stretch portion of the class.

The idea of the class is that if you ever wanted to work towards, for example, your splits or backbends, we will begin that exciting journey. The exercises will be home-friendly and you can take away the knowledge to do the work yourself at home. However, the class won’t be limited to just the typical splits training or backbends, it will be designed to help in all activity, such as running, dancing, aerial arts and much more. It can also be used to feel good about yourself and then sit on the couch for the rest of the week! Really the options are endless. It’s also a brilliant workout to get the heart pumping all from the comfort of a yoga mat.

The class is designed for absolute beginners with little to no experience, and will range up to the strongest and most flexible people out there who want to upkeep their flexibility training.

The workshop will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. You do not need to bring anything except yourself in some comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

Hi everyone, I’m Sarah 🫶
My love for Pilates started while living in Bali & getting to experience amazing teaching styles and gorgeous studios. It was the first time in my life where I was consistent with working out and even looked forward to it! I decided I wanted to learn more and do something for myself so I signed up for a Pilates course in Bali. After a few months of hard work I became a qualified mat & reformer teacher. In my classes I hope to encourage women to reach their goals and feel good about themselves. Pilates has added so much to my life and I hope that it can do the same for others.
