What if instead of making new years resolutions we changed our thoughts around our goals/resolutions?
I don't make new years resolutions instead I focus on what I already have at the beginning of each year and am grateful for what I have achieved rather than fixating on what I have not achieved.
Being grateful is a powerful tool, it boosts your mood, changes your thought patterns and helps you achieve your goals easier.
In my opinion what adds to achieving your goals is a little laughter and positivity.
I am sharing these recent photos from the Network Ireland West Cork Christmas party as a reminder that while we may be serious about our work, it is just as important to laugh and smile along the way. Smiling is infectious and you never know who's day you might brighten.
Let 2026 be the year of new beginnings whether that is in the form of gratitude, laughter, progress, support, little wins or simply making someone smile.
