And that’s a wrap… for a few days at least! ✨
Time for us to put the feet up, eat all the chocolates, enjoy a few festive drinks and watch Home Alone 🎄

We can never fully explain just how amazing the members of our studio are, what you mean to us, and how you make HYC the special place it is ❤️
From day one, the goal has always been to create a place where people feel supported to move, breathe, and work through whatever life throws at them, so they leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to themselves.

But what truly makes HYC what it is, is the warmth, community and genuine connection between our members and we are beyond proud of that.

We also know that this time of year can bring up challenges for many. Whatever your experience of Christmas may be, we hope it brings you moments of peace, comfort and love.

Exciting News – Visiting Teacher Jasmine Nash is Coming Sunday May 18th!!

We’re thrilled to announce that the wonderful Jasmine Nash will be visiting our studio next weekend.

Jasmine, known for her calm energy and inspiring teaching style, will be leading an Intermediate Hot Yoga Class as well as a transformative Hot Yoga Workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your practice, explore new techniques, and experience a fresh perspective on the mat.

We’re here to help you find a moment to take a breath, maybe sweat it out 💦😉 and find balance in the madness.
Booking is ESSENTIAL (drop in can’t be guaranteed a space) please download our app ( link in Bio).

We open 20min before class starts.
You will need:
•yoga mat
•Large towel for class
•Towel for shower(🚿 if you’re taking a shower at HYC)
•Water for class- don’t forget to hydrate in advance of class.
We rent mats, towels and sell water should you need them. Book up to 2 weeks in advance, cancel up to 8hrs before class starts.
