If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice.

This will allow me time to offer the appointment to another client.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice,
a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not show up for your appointment,
a 100% fee will be charged.

✨Never Stop Learning✨
As my old college IMST used to say " you owe it to your clients to be the best therapist you can be"

Last weekend I completed the ACE Advanced Cupping Massage 2 day workshop.
This course was to advance my knowledge in all things cupping. Swapping my usual manual cups for the ACE advanced cupping machine.

While we used the machine to practice deep tissue cupping massage to help separate and release adhesions, we also learned about how the Lymphatic Drainage Massage can be provided with the ACE cupping machine.

The most fascinating part of the weekend was the Micro Magnet Therapy. The magnets can be applied to areas of pain and inflammation, areas of scar tissue and many more.
Looking forward to doing more research about magnetic therapy.

Looking forward to incorporating these modalities into my treatments over the coming months.
