A shout out to our gents that are struggling with their weight. Slimming World is not just for the ladies we have men who are doing amazing in our groups too.
Before joining Slimming World, teacher Ryan felt mortified when a table completely collapsed beneath him in front of 900 students. It was this embarrassing incident that made him realise it was time to make a change ✨.
