Due to ongoing roadworks and unlit roads, we’re moving our group run away from the Glanmire Medical Centre to a new location, the Glountane Walkway.

🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️ New Meeting Point:
📍 Near The Island Gate (Eircode: T45 K626)
🕰️ Start Time: Wednesday 15th October at 7pm (tonight)
✅ Ample parking available
💡 Well-lit running path for everyone’s safety

You’ll have two options this week:
30 minute walk or run
Interval session, 400m repetitions

✨ Reminder: Our Couch to 5K program starts next week (October 22nd) and will also take place at this new location!

We’re back for our weekly run this Wednesday at 7pm, but please note the change of venue. We’ll be meeting at the Glanmire Medical Centre (Eircode: T45 CX99). Plenty of parking spaces available.

As the darker evenings set in, it’s a great time to get active, whether you’re walking or running, you’re very welcome to join us.

For everyone’s safety, please make sure to wear a high-visibility top.
