🎨 Welcome, Cian O’Sullivan - Art Therapist 🌿
You don’t need to be “good at art” for art therapy to work.
With decades of experience as a professional artist and deep roots in community arts, Cian O’Sullivan offers a gentle, non-judgmental space where creativity becomes a powerful tool for healing.
Before training as an art therapist (MA, Crawford 2018), Cian worked across painting, animation, and photography, later facilitating transformative workshops in DEIS schools and with the COPE Foundation. His passion? Helping those who believed they “couldn’t do art” find their own expressive voice.
Today, Cian supports children, teens, and adults navigating everything from ADHD, bereavement, PTSD, and anxiety, to creative block and emotional overwhelm. His approach is grounded in empathy, play, and evidence-based practice - drawing inspiration from Edith Kramer and Carl Rogers.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, self-discovery, or a new way to process what feels hard to say, Cian meets you where you are, art materials in hand.
🖌️ Now welcoming new clients.
