You can’t beat an early Sunday morning swim ❤️

The tail end of August is when we slow down as a clinic. Please be mindful our response times might be a little longer than usual as we lap up the final days of summer.

Our online library will go live on Monday evening Aug 18th to support you while our regular classes take a break. Please get in touch to join our mailing list for access.

We will send out some emails in the coming week to open our course bookings for September. Please get in touch to let us know if you will be taking a break, looking to return or change your class time. It helps with our annual juggle as do our best to secure places for you all.

Our team are spread far and wide providing physiotherapy services to elite athletes across Europe this week.

Sinéad is leading the physiotherapy support to at the European Para Youth Games in Istanbul supporting an incredible group of athletes across wheelchair basketball, para swimming, para athletics and para table tennis.

Shelly is part of the medical team taking care of our u23 Rowing Team at their World Rowing Championships in Poznan this week.

We have so many fond memories of this regatta course over the years and wish the team the best for the final days of competition.
