*******New Classes starting in Bantry **** Delighted to be back on the mat teaching next week after the 6 month break. This class is designed to relieve stress & anxiety and to support our needs at this challenging time. It will be a mixture of Yoga, Breathwork, Mindfulness & Guided Meditation to help us relax, quieten the mind and find stillness within.
