About Tai Chi Cork

I have been investigating different forms of healing for many years. I graduated with a Science degree from UCC and taught Physics and Biology for 13 years before devoting myself fully to T'ai Chi and other related modalities. My first formal training began with the study of Tai Chi which I began in 1989. In 2007 I was recognised as a Master by Grand Master John Kells. I am also qualified in Open Focus and Neurofeedback techniques which I learned with Dr Lester Fehmi in the Princeton Biofeedback Centre and in Lester Levenson's Release Techniques. In 2012 I trained as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner with Dr Eric Pearl and I have been practising this form of healing ever since.

Having studied and practised these different modalities I now offer an integrated and holistic approach to healing of the body, mind and spirit.

I document my work and experience at my blog, Tai Chi Cork and page.
