Join Jen for a bilingual Gaeilge/Bearla (Irish/English) Yin Yoga and Sound healing class and stay around after for a cupán tae and comhrá about what focail Gaeilge came back to you during the class or what did you learn.
This is an embodied learning workshop and about remembering what we already know or being open to learn more about Irelands Mother Tongue 🍀

We did a survey recently and asked what we could do more of, less of and what you'd like to see. We listened to every word. And something you asked for was more great Pilates!
