Our New Yoga Course is now open for bookings.
Starting Nvember 5th at 9.45am or November 6th at 7pm this is a 75 min, 6 week course open to members and non members

Our instructor will guide you through 6 weeks of movement and positions that will develop your strength and flexibility aswell as improve mental health through relaxation.
Hatha Yoga uses practices in a traditional way, asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body (equated to Ki or Chi in other systems) and meditation to calm and focus the mind.
This course is open to mixed abilities but previous experience is beneficial.
