As one of the Senior lecturers in both Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine, Cork, I continually emphasize to students how beneficial Cranial Osteopathy is, used on its own or in conjunction with other Osteopathic treatment modalities.

We share one thing in common. We were created inside our mothers and have experienced the effects of labour. These journeys are not always smooth sailing and leave strains and traumas within our structures - tissues (fascia).

We may not remember them but our bodies do.
These strains if left untreated can shape our personalities and the way we manage life.

Cranial osteopathy is really good at unraveling these tensions - strains, allowing the body to function more efficiently and effortlessly resulting in good Homeostasis.

Cranial Osteopathy is a noninvasive treatment modality. Recommended for all ages, from the day you are born onwards. It is a wonderful gift to give anyone in your life.
