On International Women’s Day, we are proud to recognise and celebrate the incredible women across Windmill Healthcare.
From our dedicated nurses and healthcare assistants to our teams in clinical support, housekeeping, catering, administration, activities, and management — women across our homes play a vital role in providing the compassionate care, expertise, and support our residents and their families rely on every day.
Many of the women who make such a difference in our care centres prefer to work quietly behind the scenes rather than in the spotlight, but today we are delighted to celebrate and shine a light on just some of the remarkable women who make our communities stronger.
As our organisation continues to grow, it’s inspiring to see more women joining our teams across a wide range of healthcare roles, helping to shape the future of care with dedication, professionalism, and heart.
