🧊 ICE THERAPY (Cold Treatment)

Use an ice pack or frozen gel pack wrapped in a cloth
Apply for 15-20 minutes every 2-3 hours
Avoid direct contact with the skin to prevent frostbite
🔥 HEAT THERAPY (Warm Treatment)
✅ Best for: Chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and relaxation
✅ Use for: Sore muscles, arthritis, tension, and stiffness
✅ How it works: Increases blood flow, relaxes muscles, and promotes healing
✅ How to apply:
Use a heating pad, warm towel, or heat pack
Apply for 15-20 minutes
Avoid excessive heat to prevent burns
🚨 Quick Tips
❌ Never use heat on a fresh injury—it can increase swelling
❌ Never use ice before physical activity—it can reduce flexibility
✅ When in doubt, start with ice for injuries and heat for stiffness!
