■ Full assessment of your overall mobility and specific strength tests to help us determine the causes of these injuries . 
■ Simple step by step programme to follow to help reduce the risk of these recurring injuries for the year ahead. 
■ If needed 1 to 1 strength and conditioning ideas for the coming year 
 
Prepare properly and prevent loss of playing time for the year ahead.

Recent client who completed her 1st marathon in Seville Spain a few weeks back . 
What a fantastic achievement 🎉🎉
6-7 weeks previous she had been experiencing foot pain which had forced her to stop running . 
Thankfully through a step by step rehabilitation plan she was able to get back running 3 weeks prior to the marathon and have had no issues on the day itself .💪💪

Delighted to be able to help a few runners in the lead up to last months Dublin marathon. 
Overcoming the full distance requires alot of training which can be demanding on the body . 
 
This client above was suffering with shin splints 4-5 weeks out from the race.  
Thankfully through our assessment we found an imbalance in the muscles of the lower leg.  
We addressed this with Some manual therapy along with a specific rehab programme . 
 
Thankfully everything addressed itself in time and allowed this client run a brillant time in his first ever marathon.
