So grateful for every client who supported me in 2025. Being part of your journey—watching bodies change, strength grow, and beautiful little souls come into the world—is an honor beyond words. This year had its challenges, but after 16 years of teaching, it doesn’t matter if there’s one person or twenty on the mat—I will always show up. Yoga has carried me through marriage, motherhood, loss, and so many life moments, all alongside this incredible community. Thank you for being part of my journey and letting me be part of yours . So here is to 2026. Let’s continue to help and support each other ✨🧘‍♀️

Merry Christmas everyone , to all
my clients past and present. Have a wonderful break and I hope to see some of you in the new year!

It always makes me smile and really fills my heart hanging the kids stocking. We longed for our 3rd for years and years and as hard as it was TTC for 7 years she was worth the wait. If you are going through something similar remember you are not alone. ###

Last workshop of the year, November 23, 2025. €90 per couple includes handouts and refreshments.
This is a very relaxed and welcoming workshop to help both parents prepare for the labour and birth of Baby. We will focus on labouring positions in standing, all fours or lying in the bed. We will have a break halfway through and then go through the handouts with questions and answers and at the end my husband pops in to share his experience on the journey

Birth prep workshop this Sunday 10th August Douglas Yoga Centre for mum to be and birth partner.

3 hour workshop focusing on how your birth partner can physically and emotionally assist you during the labour and birth of Baby. We will look at positions to help move Baby deep into pelvis and also look at massage techniques to help assist you along with many other things! This is a very practical and honest workshop based on my own experiences of my three labours. My husband pops in at the end of the workshop just to give his perspective which has been really beneficial for the partners in previous workshops.

Price per couple is €90, refreshments and snacks provided with plenty of information emailed on after the workshop.

All the equipment is provided by the Studio only thing required by couple is a yoga ball

Time : 10:30am-1:30pm
