(IIC&M), Qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques, I hold a certificate in Strategic Intervention and I am a qualified Women's Stress Consultant!!!! What do I actually DO? My focus is on helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. We all have time when we find it difficult to cope with the stresses and challenges of everyday life. Some of us are able to deal with these challenging times and some of us need a little help. Some turn to food to help them; this is the area I specialise in; Emotional Eating. I teach people who are struggling to take back control over food and their lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing a little help to cope; modern society bring so many extra pressures with it and we are not born with all the coping strategies we need; we need to learn them along the way...or ask for help from someone who can teach us. After working with me; people feel more in control, happier in themselves and in life, more confident, less anxious, less stressed, are no longer overwhelmed, and don't need food to help them feel better or to cope with their lives. 💚 Midlife is different from other stages of our lives..perimenopause and menopause cause our bodies to change, our sleep disrupted..our bodies feels sore..our energy is lacking...we need to listen, tune in to our bodies needs..and MEET them...not FIGHT them...in order to make midlife simpler!

If exercise has felt all-or-nothing lately, or difficult to do, or maintain...or even think about...let's shrink the target and rebuild trust with your body. 10 minutes counts. ...Iet's make it simple..a suggestion to try....

Week 1 Daily 10-minute walk + gentle mobility (will help with aches)

Week 2
• Add 2x short strength sessions (squats, pushes, pulls)..you have started to build strength.

Week 3 Brisk intervals on walks (5x2 minutes) + keep mobility (your body loves to move)

Week 4 Keep strength 2x + one longer easy walk
Quick tip: Choose what feels SAFE and kind today.
Consistency beats intensity.

How do you feel in your midlife right now?

..and while I will continue to work with those who want to change their relationship with food....I will also help women through the transformative midlife years.

Midlife is often called the “Second Spring” — a time of change, growth, and renewal. As a Women’s Midlife Coach & Life Change Strategist, I will be helping women navigate the challenges of menopause, hormonal shifts, empty nest, and identity changes — while embracing this stage as a powerful new beginning. I am journeying through my own midlife currently...and while it is challenging at times..my training, strategies & attitude are all empowering me to own it & embrace it. 💃

Our Story

I am a Life Change Strategist; what does this mean? Well it means I have spent a long time training and I am qualified in a number of fields. I am a Practitioner Coach. (NMC), Qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques, I hold a certificate in Strategic Intervention and I am a qualified Women's Stress Consultant!!!! What do I actually DO? My focus is on helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. We all have time when we find it difficult to cope with the stresses and challenges of everyday life. Some of us are able to deal with these challenging times and some of us need a little help. Some turn to food to help them; this is the area I specialise in; REACTIVE EATING. I teach people who are struggling to take back control over food and their lives. I personally struggled with my weight for years and I have a very destructive relationship with food...so much so it effected my health. I have a great understanding of the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being unhappy with your shape and the frustrations that come with it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing a little help to cope; modern society bring so many extra pressures with it and we are not born with all the coping strategies we need; we need to learn them along the way...or ask for help from someone who can teach us. After working with me; people feel more in control, happier in themselves and in life, more confident, less anxious, less stressed, are no longer overwhelmed, and don't need food to help them feel better or to cope with their lives. I have always known the most effective way to overcome the struggle with weight & food is to tackle it with strategies for eating well, moving well & thinking well. ALL of these areas need to be addressed so that your life can change.
