Time to plan your Womans Little Christmas ! A day of gentle movement and sound to relax, release and restore.
This year local girl, classically trained musican and teacher Alice Fitzgibbon will guide us through a Sound & Voice Exploration Workshop
A gentle, playful session to reconnect with your voice and energy. Beforehand I'll take you through a Somatic warm up for body and breath. A delicious healthy vegetarian lunch and treats will spoil us for the day and of course that gorgeous gathering of like minded woman connecting on an easy going, self care retreat.

Only €5 ...as subsided by the club.

Or Thursdays 12-1.15pm at The active retired Crosshaven.

We warm up with mindful Somatics, we lift light weights for strength and bone density. We do Standing postures with an emphasis on Balance (can be done seated), we dance for fun (Chair dancing also an option) and a bit of cardio and we finish with a bodyscan for relaxation and short Meditation

Inquiry led, anatomy based, honouring and exploring mind and body.

'Just home from a lovely yoga session in the garden. I wasn't at my best today but Deirdre's continued support and encouragement motivate me keep trying. Dee has helped me learn to isten to my own body and to be kind to myself. She always greets me with a smile and gives me the courage to continue. Thanks Dee! '
