A wound often begins small —
like an itch.

Many of us grew up believing that to be loved, we had to always say yes.
Yes to mom, yes to others, yes to things that didn’t feel right.

But adulthood invites us to a deeper freedom:
👉 Choosing what truly works for us.
👉 Saying no without fear of losing love.
👉 Holding the guilt of the “inner child,” while letting the adult decide.
