It's not about training 2 hours a day.
It's not about being disciplined 100% of the time.

Everyone talks about work-life balance. But I think it's a myth.

You don't balance your life. You prioritize it.

Some seasons, work comes first. Some seasons, family comes first. Some seasons, your health comes first.

The key is being intentional about what comes first and why.

Here's what I see: most people put their health last. They wait until they're sick, exhausted, or broken to finally prioritize it.
