Coming up next Saturday! I haven't been teaching a lot of Acroyoga recently, but still practicing on a regular basis, still learning new things... but also, really reconnecting with what drew me to this practice in the first place- that it's deeply connecting, empowering, and above all it's bloody good fun! If you've never tried Acroyoga before, this workshop will build your confidence- come and surprise yourself with what's possible!

New Vinyasa Yoga course starting tonight, designed for beginners! Please don't be discouraged by thinking 'I'm not flexible', 'I'm too old', I'm really unfit' etc... The hardest thing can be to take that first step... but no-one ever regretted it as far as I can see!
Gentle pace, detailed explanation of the postures, supportive atmosphere.
A couple of spots left... joining up next week is also an option.

Yoga classes resume next week, as summer finally arrives! I'll be teaching in the Community Hall in Ballydehob, my Home village, 6.30pm Wednesdays. This class is ideal for those with some Yoga experience, if you're completely new to it I have a Beginner class in Bantry, 8pm Tuesdays. Style is a steady-paced Vinyasa flow- we start with gentle moves on the floor, work through more energising and flowing Standing poses, then some deeper stretches and finally that delicious relaxation!
