Hip rotation 🤸♀️
Tight hips can be painful! Here are some poses that will allow your hips to relax from easiest to hardest (in my opinion🙈) everyone will feel these differently of course!
Slide 1: butterfly pose-hold your feet, bring them as close or far from you that you feel the best stretch. Add some movement (slide 2).
Progress to sitting cross legged or sit in half lotus (slide 3). Rest one foot on the opposite leg and then swap feet.
Slide 4: full lotus-both feet resting on opposite legs.
Slide 5: shoelace-how to get here is on slide 6. Swap sides.
So pick a pose, put the tv on and allow gravity to relax your hips into the position. No need to force anything, stay here as long as you can, take your time coming back out 😌
