The Mind Body Expo at the RDS was definitely one of the most vibrant weekends I've experienced in a long time.
Heartfelt gratitude to everyone who came to the talks and visited the Munay centre stand. These events can be a mixed bag but the feedback and conversations I had with the people visiting were so supportive and encouraging with what I shared over the weekend. It was inspiring to see the number of people looking to train and become practitioners so they can help others. I look forward to a time where more practitioners are available to their communities everywhere. Blessings, R 🙏
