Welcome Amanda Walsh to Hub Cork

My name is Amanda Walsh, and I’m an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based at the Therapy Hub in Glanmire, Cork.

I offer both in-person and secure online sessions. I’m a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), which promotes and upholds the highest professional and ethical standards in practice.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelmingly heavy. It may be a worry that won’t switch off, sadness that lingers, painful memories that become intrusive or a sense that you’ve lost your way. These struggles can leave you feeling stuck and can deeply affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer therapy both in-person and online, providing the same warmth, care, and depth of support — whether you prefer the connection of face-to-face sessions or the flexibility of meeting online.

Each counselling and psychotherapy session is 60 minutes in duration, giving us time to explore what’s on your mind in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

I offer therapy for a wide range of challenges and life experiences, such as:
• Anxiety, stress, or panic
• Low mood and depression
• Trauma and post-traumatic stress
• Grief and loss

💡Plantar fasciitis or plantar heel pain is a disorder of the plantar fascia, which is the connective tissue that supports the arch of the foot.

It results in pain in the heel and bottom of the foot that is usually most severe with the first steps of the day or following a period of rest.
