Dear Patients,

We are pleased to announce we will be opening at our new premises next Monday the 26th of February.

The new address is The Old Surgery, Clonteadbeg, Coachford, P12FN50. Our phone number will remain the same, 021-7434724.

We will have to close Friday 23rd February to facilitate the move, but if there is any emergency care required on the day please phone 087-1813940. We anticipate your patience and understanding while we settle into the new building.

We will be running a walk in children's flu clinic on Wednesday, the 1st of November from 9am to 1pm for children aged 2 to 12 years of age. The vaccine consists of a nasal spray, it is safe, effective and free of charge.

Unfortunately owing to the electricity outage on Thursday the 16th of March our phone lines will not be operational. We will not be scheduling routine appointments on that day or taking requests for prescriptions. For any urgent appointments on that morning please ring 0871813940. In the afternoon the surgery is closed and Dr Murphy in Cloughduv covers as usual for emergencies 0217336505. Thank you!

We have a limited supply of covid booster vaccines available currently. If interested and eligible for booster please contact the practice for a covid vaccine clinic appointment.

We will be running a walk in Covid booster clinic tomorrow morning between 10.30am and 12pm for anyone over the age of 16 who is eligible.

We are running a covid booster clinic on Wednesday 29th December. Any patient who received their last vaccine more than 3 months ago is eligible to attend. Please ring 0217434724 if you wish to make an appointment.

We are happy to offer Covid boosters to all our patients over the age of 50 and those of any age with chronic medical conditions. Please phone 0217434724 if you wish to avail of your booster in the surgery.
