• Message us on WhatsApp at 0852252537 to:
• Order your repeat prescription, saved on file. 
• Send a photo of your new hard-copy prescription so we can prepare it in advance. 
• Inform us of a prescription sent electronically (e.g., via Healthmail) so we can have it ready for you. 
• Request electronic copies of your active prescriptions or medical expense reports — sent to you via WhatsApp. 
• Ask to have your prescription delivered to your door. 
🛑 Important Notes:
• The WhatsApp service is monitored during business hours only. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
