I had contacted those who booked in advance to let them know.

Mentoring Wellbeing Programme 🦋

We spent the day bonding, getting to know each other's fears, learning communication skills, understanding the role and qualities of a mentor to help first year students have a more enjoyable experience in secondary school.

Delighted to facilitate this programme in its 4th year in and makes such a difference to the balance of energy and responsibility students take in their own enjoyment of school.

Transition year students volunteering their time and energy to help out at organic farm today.

Bringing Wellbeing as a subject out into the real world to a charity that does such wonderful work with mental health recovery in our community is a special day.

The students literally got stuck in, all helping out in their way for the greater good while learning about minding our mental health.

Plenty mucky boots, dirty hands and happy heads after our day out.

I love teaching Wellbeing to teenagers but I especially love seeing them blossom in a day like this where they feel free to be themselves.

Carrying

Today in meditation class, we focused on all that we carry, the heaviness of carrying, breathing exercises to create space inside ourselves to cleanse, purify and empty ourselves so the load becomes a little lighter ✨️

Meditation Time continues every Friday in October Charleville from 10am to 11.30am, €50 for 4 classes or €15 pay as you go.

Emptying out ❤️

To those who hold space for others be it as a therapist, nurse, facilitator, teacher, parent, carer, leader ... (so many of us hold space for others) ... the more you empty of yourself the better you are able to hold space.

If you are full-up of your thoughts, emotions, traumas and you take on the thoughts, concerns, worries, traumas of others then you will over time spill over/ explode/ burn out...call it what you want.

Taking time to empty yourself and return to that inner place of nothing is crucial as you connect with your inner guidance otherwise the head will take over so much that it will stifle the intuition and heart wisdom.

Meditation brings us to that space through the breath. I'm very blessed to be on a year-long breathwork facilitation training programme and in this space, I'm offering Meditation classes and breathing exercises every Friday in Charleville, Co Cork 10am to 11.30am.
