Ready to level up your surgical technique?

We’re so excited to announce another surgical skills night in collaboration with the Friends of David Nott Foundation! Join us for an interactive hands-on surgical skills session where you’ll learn and practice anastomosis techniques in a supportive teaching environment. Whether you’re new to surgical skills or looking to refine your technique, this is a great opportunity to build confidence and improve precision.

One week later and we’re still not over it, but here are some highlights from last weekend’s Surgical Conference 🩺
From hands-on workshops and packed rooms to incredible and inspiring talks from surgeons, last weekend was everything we hoped for and more.

We were incredibly lucky to learn from surgeons who didn’t just teach skills, but shared their journeys, insights, and hard-earned wisdom, giving us a real glimpse into life in surgery beyond the textbooks.

Huge congratulations to our top poster winners - Lauren, Youssef and Hazeema 🏆

Think you’ve got what it takes to be the best of the best? Come to our Surgical Skills competition Sunday January 25th and put on a display off all your amazing abilities.

Competition will include simple interrupted sutures, and Lap-box stations.

The TOP 7 competitors will get to go and represent UCC and the national Surgical Skills competition in Dublin come February!

All skill levels welcome, please DM us if you’d like to participate!

Ready to level up your suturing skills? Join us for a hands-on tendon repair workshop where you’ll learn and practice three different tendon repair techniques, with step-by-step guidance throughout the session.
