About me
I have been practicing yoga for about 8 years now and loved it since the moment I started. I always found it to be a fabulous way of getting out of my own head, giving me the calm I needed (intermingled with some awareness of muscles I didn't know I had!)
I completed my yoga teaching teacher with Alphazone School of Yoga in May 2019, under the fabulous Michael Connolly and his team. My initial interest was to strengthen my own practice and further my yoga knowledge but then the bug of teaching took hold! So here I am! I have loved every minute of teaching yoga since I began, and I’m delighted to be able to share this joy with others.
