Today I honour my Grand Master, Sifu Wong Kiew Kit (1944–2026).
A true teacher does more than pass on knowledge, he shapes character, discipline, and spirit. Sifu Wong Kiew Kit did exactly that for me.
Through his teachings, I learned that strength is not force, but calm presence. That skill is not ego, but refinement. That healing begins within. He taught me discipline in practice, humility in growth, and the importance of cultivating both body and mind.
Because of him, I did not just improve my art, I grew as a person. His guidance continues to shape how I train, how I treat others, and how I walk my path.
I am deeply grateful for the wisdom he shared and the example he set. His legacy lives on in his students, in our practice, and in the quiet moments of awareness he encouraged us to cultivate.
Rest peacefully, Sifu. Your teachings continue.
🙏
