We are back in the phenomenal Ballymaloe Grainstore on Sunday 29th March!
Join us for an uplifting day of mindful movement & intentional deep rest.

We’ll harness the revitalising energy of spring and be nourished inside and out by seasonal food and seasonally inspired yoga practices.

Adults of all ages and experience levels (including beginners) are warmly welcomed.

Some sad news to share….

We learned last night that Creacon Wellness Retreat will be closing their doors on 2nd March.

For the past four years Creacon has had a very special place in our hearts so we are deeply saddened for the staff and all who love this healing sanctuary as much as we do.
It has been such a privilege to hold space and share in the amazing energy there. We have shared so many beautiful transformative weekends, we will sorely miss it.

I know many of you were planning to come later in the year, unfortunately now this month’s retreat will be the last for us at this particular venue.

We have a few rooms left and would love to share the magic with you one last time if you can join us. 💗
