Caring for Your Well-Being is my top Priority.
My approach is straightforward, collaborative and flexible. I provide safe, non-judgmental space for you where you can comfortably express yourself about your life’s challenges.
You might be feeling down or anxious, unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren’t living the life you were meant to live. Whatever your needs, I am here to guide you on your path of growth and self-discovery
I promote transformation by encouraging change in outlook and adoption of new attitudes and reactions.
I am passionate about working with people and helping them find their own way to a more fulfilled and satisfied life. I believe that health is not just absence of illness but a complete state of emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether you want to be more confident, improve your relationships or are looking to make changes in your professional life, I am here to assist you on your journey to get the life you want.
I obtained my degree in Psychology with original interest in organisational psychology. Years of work with individuals in corporate setting provided me with evidence that changing our perception and reaction to environmental stimuli is what brings real change in people’s lives.
