Principal consultant Brid Hurley brings a wealth of experience to the learning environment distilled from over twenty five years in the food and nutrition sectors with specific expertise in the areas of food safety management, HACCP, auditing and quality assurance. in Food Science from Dundalk Institute of Technology and has additional qualifications in training and facilitation. She is a member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland.

Great news - looking forward to trip up the coast!

We are delighted to announce the restaurant in The Glyde Inn is back from Wednesday July 8th. Our senior staff members have completed COVID awareness and compliance training with SMC food consultants. We will be adhering to government guidelines while promoting a safe and relaxed environment.

Table sittings are currently 1hr 45mins and have reduced tables to allow for social distancing. We have also decided to close Mondays and Tuesdays.
