A slow & restful class to help you wind down & decompress from life.
Includes the use of bolsters and blankets to help you feel warm, supported and at ease in each pose.
This class is all about taking the pressure off and finding solace and peace in the body & spirit.

We finish with a guided meditation where you will soften and sink into a deeper state of relaxation.

No previous experience required whatsoever.
The perfect class to ease stress and tension, reduce feelings of burnout & overwhelm, or just looking for switch off time to rest and re energise. 🧘🏻
