Today we honour Nollaig na mBan, a beautiful Irish tradition that recognises women and all they give throughout the year.

It’s a day to pause, rest, and receive — after caring for everyone else the rest of the year. It’s also a day to remember that the wonderful women who are no longer with us, but lead the way for us & helped us become the people we are today!

Let today be a gentle reminder that rest is not a luxury, it’s essential. Take today to nourish your body, calm your mind, and refill your cup. You deserve it. 💛

🎄 A Little Reminder I Give Myself in Busy Seasons 🎄

This time of year can feel full — full of plans, full of people, full of expectations.

And in the middle of all that, I often have to pause and give myself this reminder:
“Slow down. You don’t have to carry everything at once.”

It’s ok if the to-do list isn’t being ticked off.
It’s ok to take a breath (or a cuppa!!!!) before the next task.
It’s ok to step back, rest, and return when your energy feels steady again.

Every day, I remind clients to listen to their bodies…
but busy seasons remind me to do the same.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself permission to stop for a moment and just be.
