✨ We’re so excited to welcome 15 participants to our Executive Skills Training this week! ✨
This training is all about strengthening key skills like planning, organising, and managing emotional responses.
To support the journey, each participant will receive their very own Executive Skills Toolkit 🎁 – complete with a timer ⏱️, whiteboard 📝, stress ball 🌐, weekly planner 📅, and a fidget pen ✒️.

We are just one week away from our Job Fair in Dublin 1 (D01 PD98). Come along with your CV on May 27th 10am - 1pm and meet a range of employers hiring across sectors!

We will have employers in attendance from the following sectors: Healthcare, Admin/PA, Hospitality, Construction, Maintenance, General Operative, Cleaning, Drivers (Van, Artic & Rigid), Landscapers, Telecommunication Engineers (Software & Hardware), Logistics Apprenticeships & more.

We will be doing a spotlight on some of our employers over the coming week so make sure to keep an eye on our social media!!

Today marks the 13th anniversary of World Down Syndrome Day. Its aim is to help people understand and support those with Down syndrome better. All around the world, people with Down syndrome are denied the chance to work and earn their own money so, on 21st March we are joining a single global voice advocating for the rights, inclusion and well-being of people with Down syndrome.

Our second Athletics Leadership Course participants recently wrapped up! In partnership with our participants completed a five-week course to attain their Assistant Coaching Badge. By completing this certification with Workability, our newly-accredited Coaches will start their employment journey at this Easter. Congratulations to all who took part!

The WorkAbility Guidance Workers will be employed by Dublin South City Partnership and will support the delivery of the programme across Dublin 2, 4, 6, 6W, 8, 10, 12 & 20. Office locations are likely to be in Dublin 10 & 12. The position is full-time, 35 hours/week.
