Motivation is unreliable. Some days, you'll feel inspired. Most days, you won't. Discipline kicks in when motivation fails.

Discipline = doing what needs to be done, regardless of how you feel.

β€œDo it anyways” is the mental override:

Tired? Do it anyways.

Not in the mood? Do it anyways.

Don’t see immediate results? Do it anyways.

It’s not about punishment β€” it’s about respecting your goals more than your excuses.

Great energy this morning πŸ‘πŸ₯Š
Big shoutout to all our groups , over the last few weeks we have been gving each individual the opportunity to coach our sessions.

We introparperated this as part of program at the start of 2025 in a way to help build confidence and also help develop leadership and communication skills.

Speaking in public in a class setting can be intimidating for most people, but over the past few weeks, these individuals have performed exceptionally well while stepping out for their comfort zone to take the role of a Coach and Assistant Coach.

Pancakes πŸ₯ž banana-egg pancakes with a twist of nutmeg, cinnamon, bacon, and calorie free maple syrup:

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

4 large eggs

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp ground nutmeg

4 slices of cooked bacon (crumbled or as a side)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Butter or oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the batter:

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth

Whisk in the eggs until well combined

Add the cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter and mix thoroughly or use a blender.

2. Cook the pancakes:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.

Pour small amounts of the batter onto the pan

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the bacon:

Either sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the pancakes or serve it on the side.

4. Serve:

Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle generously with calorie free maple syrup, add what ever you like that keeps you within your calorie range and enjoy!
