I offer a range of Signature Massage Therapy including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head and Pregnancy Massage.

I also run monthly Baby Massage Classes where a warm atmosphere welcomes each newborn family, where love and nurturing touch combine. Combining techniques from a variety of massage modalities,I specialise in the following Massage Treatments;

Registered and Certified Infant Massage Instructor - offering small intimate Infant Massage Classes and Individual sessions. Touch is one of the most significant and nurturing early experiences your baby will have. Infant massage greatly enhances the early bonding relationship between parents and caregivers and their babies. Reiki Practioner; Reiki is an ancient non-intrusive complementary therapy. A hands on healing technique, it enhances the body’s own innate ability to heal on all levels. Reiki healing helps restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

I love opening the doors to a new block of classes.
It invigorates me to be so privileged to observe love in action each week.

Each class and it's participants offer each other support, love, friendship, care...
Willingly, openly, vulnerably.

I get to see this unfold in its most natural way.

And the babies, they see it too.

They soak up this atmosphere, let it in deeply.

I can't explain how even after all these years running classes, they still leave me so amazed at the powerful nature that exists within us as women, as mothers, as confidants.

I can't wait to begin again on the 14th April.

Irish Dancing in action.
Hours and hours of practice and training.
I'm in awe of every child who takes to the stage and super proud of Pearl coming a very impressive 2nd overall in the u10's at the West of Ireland Championships in Claremorris.

Preparation is well under way for next week in Killarney for the All Irelands 🎉🪄🇮🇪
Cannot wait to see her and all her dance friends shine on the big stage.

Women's Aid do incredible work.
Many people are taking to the water today to support this incredible organisation.
Our swim today was dedicated to all women & children who need to avail of the supports that women's aid provide.
And we made a pact today that we are going to do it bigger & better next year 💜💗💜

No 1 in Munster & World Qualifiers for 2026.

By using gentle, tactile stimulation along with loving verbal communication, a wonderful bonding experience is shared. Strokes can be either stimulating or relaxing, depending on your baby’s needs and developmental level. Infant Massage benefits your baby in the following specific ways: Relief - Colic & Wind, Emotional Stress Relaxation - Aid Sleep Pattern, Soothes Baby Stimulation - Build Immunity, Help Gain Weight Interaction - Aids The Bonding Process, Assists recovery from Post-Natal Depression
