I offer a range of Signature Massage Therapy including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head and Pregnancy Massage.

I also run monthly Baby Massage Classes where a warm atmosphere welcomes each newborn family, where love and nurturing touch combine. Combining techniques from a variety of massage modalities,I specialise in the following Massage Treatments;

Registered and Certified Infant Massage Instructor - offering small intimate Infant Massage Classes and Individual sessions. Touch is one of the most significant and nurturing early experiences your baby will have. Infant massage greatly enhances the early bonding relationship between parents and caregivers and their babies. Reiki Practioner; Reiki is an ancient non-intrusive complementary therapy. A hands on healing technique, it enhances the body’s own innate ability to heal on all levels. Reiki healing helps restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

I want to take a moment to thank all of my wonderful clients — past, present & new — for making the transition to my new opening hours such a smooth one.

Your support and understanding mean so much.

As I look ahead to October, I am so excited to be expanding my hours and welcoming you, weekdays from 9.30am.

Already, I’ve noticed subtle shifts in the energy of my practice with this change — while I’ll really miss the quiet, contemplative evenings filled with rich conversations, I’m also looking ahead to embrace the fresh dynamic that daytime brings.

Already, the time spent with clients so far has its own special quality — full of energy, inspiration, and the possibility for beautiful changes to unfold.

I really cannot wait to share this new rhythm with you & continue to grow in this evolving space.

Like the seasons & the weather, change is inevitable 😁

The light is pouring in over my Tingsha Bells.

I use these bells to bring clients back to the room after a treatment. It lets them know that the treatment has ended. Gently, peacefully, calmly.

They have been with me since I started out as a Massage Therapist over 23 years ago.

They are as important to me as the oils I use. The role they play enhances the whole experience.

Clients joke they hate to hear them as the don't want the treatment to end. I always take that as a compliment 😂

There is a wonderful history to them & some day I'll post about that....
But for now, I'm sitting in appreciation of them, in the light, in my lovely treatment room 🙏🏻✨

By using gentle, tactile stimulation along with loving verbal communication, a wonderful bonding experience is shared. Strokes can be either stimulating or relaxing, depending on your baby’s needs and developmental level. Infant Massage benefits your baby in the following specific ways: Relief - Colic & Wind, Emotional Stress Relaxation - Aid Sleep Pattern, Soothes Baby Stimulation - Build Immunity, Help Gain Weight Interaction - Aids The Bonding Process, Assists recovery from Post-Natal Depression
