We would like to take this time to thank all our patients for trusting us with their care this year. 2025 has been a very busy year and we are super excited to show you all the new services we will be adding in the new year. Fiona Black has recently joined us and will be taking bookings in the new year providing massage and body work. Also a big thank you to the amazing Ali Jones who has built a loyal following teaching our Pilates Classes in the Heritage Center. As for myself following on from completing my MSc in RCSI, I will be focused on providing lots of new services to our patients in Dalkey and the wider community. So enjoy your Christmas and new year and we look forward to seeing you either in class or in clinic in early January.

Wildgoose Wellness would like to welcome Fiona Black to the clinic.

Fiona is a highly skilled massage therapist with a specialist focus on head, neck, and shoulder dysfunction, including TMJ-related pain. With over 20 years’ experience in both clinical and therapeutic settings, she brings a detailed understanding of muscular tension, jaw mechanics, overall posture, and stress-related patterns that commonly drive chronic discomfort.

Fiona works closely with the physiotherapy team to support patients experiencing a wide variety of issues using methods that are precise, corrective, and deeply restorative. Her calm, professional approach allows her to quickly identify the root of tension, relieve pain, and support long-term functional change.

We hope everyone is enjoying the weather this bank holiday weekend. Just a quick post to say our final Pilates classes before the summer break begin this coming Tuesday in the Dalkey Heritage Centre. There is currently 1 space left in our beginner and intermediate classes and a couple of spaces left in the advanced class. Please get in touch if you want to join or find out more.

Welcome to Wildgoose Wellness

Wildgoose Wellness is a Physiotherapy clinic in the heart of Dalkey on the top floor of Dalkey Medical centre. The Clinic is led by Jacqui Wildgoose, Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates teacher. Jacqui also runs a clinic in Rathfarnham.

Originally from Dublin, Jacqui moved to London to study physiotherapy and graduated from Brunel University in 2008. While there she trained at various hospitals including Chelsea & Westminster, Guys and St. Thomas' and Hammersmith Hospital.

In the following years, Jacqui worked for Nuffield Health in the UK specialising in musculoskeletal physio and pelvic health. She also set up her own private clinic in Fulham, West London and was club physio for both Wimbledon Rugby Club and Ruislip GAA club.

Upon returning to Dublin with her family, Jacqui worked for the team at Milltown Physiotherapy gaining expert knowledge in pelvic health before starting Wildgoose Wellness in her hometown of Dalkey. This is where her journey began nearly twenty years ago when she started Dalkey's first pilates classes. She also runs a clinic at Dodder Park Medical in Rathfarnham.
