We've worked hard to build our co-op up, to support older adults to keep doing what matters to them, and to create great jobs for carers.

Great care isn't just a set of actions or tasks.

One of our carers recently sat down with a client who wanted to chat all things history, a passion subject of theirs. 💜🌎

It was a chance for them to share their passions, explore days gone by, and simply chat about things that didn't revolve around the present day.

And our carer learned a lot!

Every day can be a school day, in the best way, with the right care.

We proactively judge 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 needs, adapting and responding to what works best for them in that moment.

We recently receivied this video showing a client's son, her full-time carer, able to take a break, relax in the sun, and go blackberry picking with the dogs!

Sounds like a nice afternoon to us. 💜🐶
