Im very sad to say, that owing to the very challenging business conditions that the COVID pandemic has created, my group in Killiney Castle hotel has now closed.

I will be returning to the world of the employed in January. BUT as I LOVE my role of Slimmingworld Consultant, and believe 100% in the power of Food Optimising, I will be re-launching a Saturday morning group in Rathgar on 1st January 2022.

The group will have 2 sessions every Saturday morning at 8am and 9.30am. We will meet in Christchurch, on Rathgar Road.

We are returning to our venue from pre-COVID times and VERY excited to be going ‘home’!!!

So much has happened in September…. Schools back, more restrictions lifted, offices and workplaces returning, the list is endless!!!

FINALLY, I’m SO EXCITED to let you know that SLIMMING WORLD DALKEY is back to Cuala Gaa Club on Hyde Road in Dalkey on Tuesday 21st September at 9.30am for weigh ins. Group chat starts at 10am.

✨Based on the Government’s Covid roadmap, if you’re fully vaccinated, and can provide proof that you’re fully vaccinated, you will be able to return to group on this date!

✨Certain safety measures would still be mandatory
