I could not recommend Alli enough! Alli helped me to work through my surgery fear. For years I have suffered with chronic tonsillitis. I had put off surgery for so long due to fear and panic. Like all things you start gradually, at first it seemed impossible to coordinate all the necessary movements, after a little practice we can drive by talking on the phone, following the navigator and what the radio says . 😉

🎁 So the advice is to start slowly maybe by doing only the sequence as it is done in simple energy techniques (S.E.T.), so we learn to perceive the changes that occur at the energy level.
